Message	bolt rail to block. Turn on key to pressurize the rail and check for fuel leaks. Rail is pre-start pressurized for 2 seconds when key is first turned. Given they are used injectors - having 1 leak isn’t much of a surprise. There’s no way injectors can really be reconditioned or repaired. Just flow tested and cleaned a little by running some cleaning fluid thru them.
