Subject	Help Urgent. without electric power. Car will not start

Message	First no problem this morning. Battery at 12.2v. No power what so ever when turning the key. No lights in the dash. Only thing has power is the cd player. But that does not shut down as it should when removing the key. Can only turn it off manually. Light - No Dash (abs,hicas etc) - No Electric windows - No All extra gauges flickers, does not turn completly off etc. Tried a "running" start in a hill. No luck. Just felt like it almost wanted to start. Any idea what can cause this electric nightmare
