Replacement slave cylinders are cheap, grab an exedy or rebuild it. I had that same problem when I replaced the clutch, clutch master, and bled the lines on my TT. For some stupid reason I couldn't get a trapped air pocket out. I loosened the lines connecting to the master and had a helper push and hold the pedal and bled through there. I am using speed bleeders for the clutch lines... Then I bled through the slave banjo bolt connection and retorqued the banjo to rest in a more neutral position and then did the normal bleed procedure. I'd also tapped up and down the lines to try and jar the air pocket loose. Then a gravity bleed at the slave. Think I went through a whole 32oz bottle of DOT3 lol, but it worked.
