Message	a blast cabinet, cover the alum crank pulley with tape, etc and etch the belt surfaces. I chased that issue for the longest, bought every brand of belt known to man and tried everything to no avail and after I etched the belt surface on the crank pulley the problem stopped. it doesn't wear the belt prematurely either. just use a light abrasive media 1
