Subject	Fast Blinker, But No Bulbs Out!

Message	Thought I'd run this one by you guys because I'm drawing a blank. Left signal works fine, right signal has a fast blinker. I've checked all bulbs are none are out. I've swapped bulbs left to right to see if maybe there was a weird fault in one of them but that didn't help. I do have '99 spec headlights, but I bought them pre-wired and they've worked fine for years. All headlights are working as normal. Is there something I'm missing that I haven't checked? My next step is to pull the bumper and swap headlights left to right, but that's a project for a rainy day. Thanks in advance for your help!
