Message	I Forget the actual name of it.. but if you pinch off ( Or Plug Up cauz I'm in California and they check for things missing) the 5/8 Air Line that leads to the center of the Balance tube, it will prevent the 'Cold Start Air leak' from causing a High Idle.. I plugged off mine ( about a month ago ) and I'm REALLY liking how the Idle is behaving.. Cold Start is Fine. Cj
