Your options are to buy after market spherical bearing adjustable, but they will increase impact harshness in cabin through steering wheel. The other choice is to replace the bushings on your original rods. Whitehead makes a middle of the road bushing... not to harsh like polyurethane; but less compliant than rubber.
PS your HICAS is the rear steering mechanism on the TT. Tension Rods are up front; they locate the lower control arms in relation to the frame.
