Return. -6 should do it but going to -8 wouldn't hurt. We're all assuming that the fpr is connected properly (after the fuel rail). Also seems odd that you have so much pressure in the tank that you have fuel coming from the bulkhead seal AND the electrical bulkhead. Did you keep the OEM in tank assembly for the vent & return? That brown plastic basket thing? Any chance you got the two hoses reversed in the tank?
