Message	I'm checking my cas but my signal wires are not giving me correct readings they supposed to be at 5:15 but the most im getting is 3:33 what could be causing this the car won't start I can hear clicking but not from the injectors the clicking is coming from egi relay and rad fan relay. The car won't even start. It only starts with starter fuel injected in the intake
