Message	The power steering system goes into fail-safe (same steering effort as high speed driving) after 10 seconds if it doesn't get a signal from the speed sensor. If a signal from the brake, parking brake, clutch or neutral switch doesn't occur, it's held in fail-safe. That's P or N, brake or parking brake for automatics. Means you might have harder steering at low speeds.
