Subject	Blue smoke coming out my exhaust

Message	Couple days ago I was driving my 91 300ZX and at a stop it started smoking a shit ton of blue smoke from the driver side I heard piston rings could of been going bad but the engine has less then 50k miles on it.. could it be the turbo on the driver side?
