Message If you CC what you have.. Then add the Thickness of the head gasket, and then Bore/Stroke of a Std Block, you can work out your Present CR.. then do the Math to figure out how much likely has come off..

It's not perfect.. But it will get you in the ball park..

The Cranking Compression Pressure on my '95 NA that had Unknown heads installed during it's rebuild is about 225-230 PSI.. Likely a Bunch was taken off the heads sometime in the past..
I guess that is why I had to Change the Cam Timing by almost a tooth to get the Cam to Degree Properly..
