Message	control adjustment screw on the side of the IACV needs to reset. This will tell you more: https://z32.wikispaces.com/Idle+Control Run a TT.net search on idle issues - not an uncommon problem. BTW - is your car a 5spd or auto tranny model? Idke settings are different for each.
