Message	it. It could be just stuck or it could really be busted. FYI - once engine is full warmed up, use some locking piers to pinch closed the longer hose that connects to the balance tube at mid-section. If idle drops you've found the issue. BTW - idle should be in the 750-775 rpm range with AC off.
