When setting tension on the timing belt, if the first time around the gap isn't within spec and you have to adjust the tensions position...
Prior to relieving tension should you set the engine back to TDC (back plate marks and sprockets aligned) then remove the belt again and line up the marks on the belt with the dimples on the sprocket again?
Or just leave it alone assuming a tooth doesn't slip when tension is relieved to re-adjust?
