I installed adjustable cam sprockets and re-installed new cam seals. Everything ran beautiful until i got to the gas station and there was a large puddle of oil under the car. Oil was being slung all over the timing belt. Yours? It would only leak with the VTC activated. Yours? I took everything apart (again) and inspected the gears and seals... everything looked good except for the one that popped out. Turns out it was a blocked oil return port in the head right behind the intake cam seal. Check this hole and make sure its not clogged. The way i found out is i sprayed B12 chemtool in there with the little straw that comes with the can and it sprayed out back at me. I poked at it and it had a lot of resistance, then popped and it was clear. This was on a fresh build and i probably got RTV in there or something.. im not sure about your history but its possible that it could be sludged up or got blocked. Something to check.
