I am having a bit of an annoying issue. The car was parked for a few years before I finally started my build. Naturally, I siphoned the old fuel via a hose inserted into fuel filler neck before starting the car after a rebuild. I am now driving a car around (with a full tank of new gas) but the light is still on (fuel gauge needle works as it should). Could it be that I damaged the fuel level sensor or is there anything else I might be missing?
Thank you.
