Hi i own a 1990 nissan 300x 2+2. I am having issues with my instrument panel not working, the pods on the sides don't work, radio doesn't work, ac doesn't work. how ever the right turn signal blinks and the rear windshield wiper moves with the toggles. i have chest all the fuses at the kick plate all lite up with a test light, all fuses in front of the battery ( fuseable link) lite up with a test light. battery is brand new new terminal clamps and the ground from battery has been shined up. I don't know where else to check to fix this issue. the car starts fine runs a little rough but has also been sitting for awhile. front lights turn on with the toggle but rear lights do not work.
