The 2+2 has thicker sway bars than the 2 seater. Seeing as most people like to delete the hicas you won't have to do that. The na rear end is popular with many, others don't like it. It is in my auto/tt swap. The car seems lively around town. I could see how having big power that it could be a drawback. I think that buying a factory tt is the way to go if you can find one. Mine was already done when I bought it & I've had to still do a bunch of things. Unless you're want a 2+2 or a vert tt then I say just save yourself the headache. If you do want to do a swap my vote is for a convertible.
