Message me a headache. First is the car a basic twin turbo ?
Any change/ modifications in injectors etc.
You have a new harness so the problem if it persists must be in the computer. You already wrote you changed your CTS with a new Nissan OEM one ?
1. Ohm out your injectors to see if they are all good.
2. Change your computer with another good one. Make sure your grounds are secure and not having a wire pinched.

3. You already ruled out boost / vacuum leaks.

4. Also the rich condition could be to having the wrong injectors or wrong programming for the injectors, and like some one wrote maybe pinched o rings if you did any injector exchange.

We don't know that either. If the car was consistently running and having the rich or lean condition , your O2 sensors can be the culprit. I lean towards your ECU though. Good luck .
