I talked to them at specialty z & they confirmed that removing the accumulator springs requires installing something to take up the space. In my case the transgo kit came with 2 springs that repalced the 1 for the 1-2 accumulator. The 2 together are very stiff, to the point I don't think they will give at all. For the 2-3 accumulator I installed a appropriate length of pvc pipe. I have been unable to drive it because I had to order a driveshaft carrier bearing. It's supposed to be here today so maybe I'll have it together tomorrow.
