Message	... on the gears, theyre all relative to the timing belt. If there were timing marks on the block/heads to show position relative to the gears then you would see the difference. Did your shop tell you how much they took off? If they decked both sides 0.020" total (head + block) evenly then your timing isL 0.51* retarded on the DS, 1.42* retarded on the PS.
