Message	between the top section (where a Z logo would go) and the bottom is not installed correctly. The installer looks like he hog ringed the rod to the foam but not to the seat frame springs. This is causing the seat back section to not be drawn tight. I got the head rest off and unzipped the front cover and I think I can get enough access to attach the rod to the frame and see if that corrects the problem.
