Subject	Hard right turn and sound

Message	Did a hard long right turn today. In the middle if the turn I got a kind of knock sound from the front. Like something moved out of place or broke. After the turn I noticed the car wanted to go right on a straight and the steering wheel was way of center towards the right. Decided to Stopp and check it and did a left turn into a parking space. Got the same sound again like something in the front moved again and the steering and everything was fine again. What can cause a sudden change in direction and steering wheel center like that? And back to normal just like that? Were to look and what to look for?
