| Car has been running great for a long time, built by the best. Maintained well. However I drove it yesterday and the road got bumpy. Car started shaking real bad so I slowed down. Next thing I know its running weird, exhaust note sounds weird, thought I vibrated the chassis and caused a boost leak. Turned around and drove it back. Started smelling something weird like an ethanol smell. Got to my destination, popped the hood, smell was strong, saw smoke from the coil pack near my FPR.... Took these pics. There was this weird black stuff coming out from under the coil bracket. The best way I can describe this black stuff is like those little fireworks that are like tiny black discs that you light and they expand to make the little ashy worms. Thats what this stuff looks like. Maybe its burnt tape, I dunno.
