Message ONce you get it tapped place a socket sized larger than the plug diameter over it and insert bolt with washer threaded into the plug. When you tighten bolt it will pull the plug out. When inserting new piece from Nissan, clean the area real well, then seal with lacquer sealant or silicone and drive in with a drift. Again, you need to have enough room to drive it straight. If it is not inserted and driven straight it will leak.

Best done with engine out of car. You might consider cleaning it up and sealing with Permatex "Right Stuff" until you pull the engine. You could use JB weld, which might be a permanent fix, but if not, it will be a true mess when you want to fix it permanently.
