Subject	Block deck check valve installation woes

Message	I installed my oil restrictor and check valves in my block deck today and they are not seating below the deck surface. About 0.5 to 1mm above it. After the first set I tried freezing them to give some more clearance but they all seem to go in to the same level and no further. Tapped them in with a hammer and a small socket head. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
