Subject	Z32 Glove Box - How to remove

Message	I'm replacing carpeting and adding sound deadening. I need to remove the front side panel of the center console on the passenger side. There are two screws. One looks like I need to remove the glove box to get to it. The glove box has a plastic pin keeping it from dropping to far open, which is preventing me from getting to the screw. Any ideas how to get that screw out or remove the glove box. Thanks.
