Subject	Very interesting headlight problem

Message	Randomly the other day after I got in the car from leaving Golden Corral, very odd and interesting stuff happened. For some reason my dash lights would not come on and my high beams would stay on. I just got it fixed where I can put the low beams on but whenever I turn the headlights off the high beams come back on. Dash lights are still not working. I replaced the fuse for the instruments lights also. The high beams turning on when I turn off the lights is what is really stopping me though. Any ideas?
