Message	electrical connector. Since the valve is missing, the connector should be just hanging. Temporarily insert a 6.8k ohm 1/4 watt resistor across the the connectors contacts. Should be able to tape up the connector that way. Reset the ECU and see if the code stays clears? Resistor tricks the ECU into thinking the valve is still connected.
