Message Depending on why you are changing it (presumable its damaged somehow?) recalling from memory, you will have to:

-Unbolt lower control arms from crossmember
-Loosen tension rods
-Remove tie rod ends, PS rack
-Remove sway bar (if memory serves)
-Remove lower motor mount nuts

At that point there should only be 4 large studs holding in the crossmember, possibly some wiring clips and hose routing clamps to get out as well.

Supporting the engine can be done with either an engine hoist or a beam support like transmission shops use (braces between fenders and has a chain/strap to hold the weight of the engine)

Should drop right out after that
