Message	should know a new plenum gasket is required. The old one will get destroyed during removal. Yes, two VC gaskets and RTV for the other two covers. Yes, the VCs with gaskets use a rubber type washer under the hold down bolts. Not a bad idea to replace the washer due to age. Just call CZP and they'll get you everything needed. They are good on the phone. FYI - those half moon plugs in the CZP kit are also nice to replace due to age but some just clean them up and reuse the old ones. They are pretty cheap tho...so just get them.
