| 1. Most of the interior screws are m6x1.0mm about 15-20 mm in length and sheet metal screws with a 10mm/phillips head. 2. you should be able to fit the shroud without removing the rad. However, the rad you have prob does not have the hole drilled for the shroud mounting screws. Therefor, you may need to remove it any ways to d o that. 3. Sub frame bush are a lot of work, I just did the spacers. 4. 1st pic: AIV tubes that connect to exh. you prob have test pipes, that why they are plugged. 2nd pic: Possibly carbon canister vac lines 3rd: Not sure? 4th pic: You need to push the 90 degree tubes into the valve covers and "glue" them in place.
