Message	plenum (assuming that a previous owner didn't do a delete). The coolant is running down the side of the engine block. Do note there are also heater core coolant lines at the rear of the block about a foot from the battery. Put a flashlight back there and inspect for coolant. There are also some smaller hoses which are part of the upper plenum system...they can leak too.
