Subject	Need help with electrical issue. This only happens at start

Message	up, but random as to when. I have no power to the climate pod including the wipers but the hazards work, radio, clock, and cigarette lighter. At some point during the drive, maybe a minute sometimes 5ish the power returns and everything is fine. Apparently the always on wire is not the problem because all setting are retained. Everything else functions normally during this time, just those listed items do not light up or function. I tried to look at the wiring diagrams but I suck at them.
