Message	This is on my 90tt that has been rebuilt a year and a half ago. This situation just started happening about a month ago. So when I start the car, my hazard lights blink about twenty times, stop and go through another cycle or two of that. The horn does not go off, so I don't think its the security system. I have found that if I turn the nob for the headlights one click then back, this situation stops, but only sometimes. Any ideas?
