Subject	Wastegate adjustable spring problem

Message	Can someone tell me what can cause a drop of boost from the wastegate? I had 0.9 bar. Later i did a leak test. There was a leak from the wastegate. Fixed that and went from recycled bov to open bov. Now I only have 0.5 bar on a 1 bar spring??? Pressure tested the wastegate to See when it began to open. Opened at 0.5 bar. That should as far as I know not be possible with a 1 bar spring. What am I missing?
