Message	Ok recently the original alternator on my '90 TT decided to go out, the battery would die, car wouldn't start. Over about a week I drove it twice, jump started each time. Last time I drove it during this week, car sat for about 2 days. Jumped it and noticed when I hit the brakes, the lights warning light would come on. I replaced the alternator, no change. Replaced the battery, still no change. Car now starts up no problem and is charging the battery properly. I've had it tested several times at the local autoparts store. Which brings me to my next issue. I jacked the car up from where the back of the splash guard mounts. Don't exactly know what part of the car that is. Also removed the sway bar to get to the alternator. When I put everything back together and lowered the car, the hood doesn't sit flush anymore. Need some help troubleshooting these issues.
