Message	Check your fuse(s) first. I had this issue. I replaced a perfectly good fuse (tested with an ohm meter), with a new one in a state of frustration, and now they worked! Later had the same problem but my "fix" no longer worked. Turns out my fusebox blade contacts had spread over the last 25 years. My mechanic removed the fuse box, and re-bent all the connectors. Problem solved.
