Message of you car elevated? I know it took about 20 minutes to bleed the air out of my system. Also per your last question you asked about swapping coolant and oil lines...... I think if this was the case you would loose a lot of coolant and as you mention the oil level would rise. I would definitely double check all hoses to validate they are connected to the proper ports as this is where the work was performed. I also don't believe your turbos are defective. One good way to check would drain your oil and then turn over the engine and not start the engine and see if coolant is introduced into the oil pan. Better yet use a radiator pressure tester.
