Message	access the inside of the door and apply 12v directly to the motor to see if you can get it to turn. This eliminates any other wiring issues being the problem. If not working, you've found the issue. Just be aware that the voltage polarity applied to the motor determines up or down direction. For the passenger side verify the driver side window lock switch isn't engaged. Don't laugh, this has come up a few times over the years as the issue.
