Message The only thing I disagree with is reusing the NA rotating assembly. Stripping down both engines to the bare block just to save the NA crank and bearings is "a dime holding up a dollar".

What I think you should do is leave the NA in the car. Buy the core TT and strip it down. Have the crank undersized and get new bearings and start your build from the core engine. Then when the engine is complete do your swap. With your current plan the only thing you are saving is the NA crank and bearings. Why not go the extra inch by rebuilding the TT rotating assembly and have a good running NA motor left over? Also your car won't be down while you do your engine build and you can also sell your NA engine for some recovery of capital.
