Subject	Low voltage on switched power near fuse box in engine

Message	Hello All I am seeing that I have low voltage at the fuse box near the engine bay. By unplugging F23 and checking the voltage on switched power I see only 10.6 Volts but on the battery I see 12.6 and on the fusible link I see 12.5V as well.. I am wondering if maybe I have problem with the engine harness or something? I am loosing almost to 2 volts of power to all components in that fuse box.
