Message But you can test the coil pack by grounding a spare spark plug on the car while it's running and see if it is sparking (don't shock yourself)

For injector signal, you need a noid light or similar for an easy check.

I soldered some resistors to LEDs and used those as noid lights for all 6 cylinders when I was setting up my ECU and new coil packs. ~470 ohm resistor will give you 25 mA and light up most small over the counter small LEDs
