Subject	boost issues

Message	i installed greedy profec new model electronic boost controller and am having trouble hitting boost. i have it set at 16 and trying to get it to rise to 18. when i hit the gas i can get it to 18 and once i have it there it immediately drops to 10 lbs and slowly rises up to around 16 i guess my question is am i doing something wrong since i did a boost leak test and came out ok or should i set it lower and let it rise and a different rate
