Message	Recently picked up a '93 Vert that previous owner couldn't get running. I've started to tear trace down the problem and here's where I'm at so far: Code 21 from ECU. I've replaced CAS with new unit, no dice. CAS plug at harness does NOT have power. Of course no spark and no fuel due to no CAS signal to ECU. Previous owner stated he tried replacing ECU to no avail. I feel like there's a bad ground or no ground situation. Fusible links tested good. Relay box has power up to ignition relay. Does the 12v signal to CAS come straight from the ECU? Also, I found this mess when I went to pull code. Any idea where these are suppose to go? They appear to be grounds but not sure.
