but I was under the impression 16psi is putting the turbos to the peak of their impellar rpm limit (into the 6 figure range). Running a leakdown test will tell you if your piston rings are worn, allowing too much blowby and too much crankcase pressure (of which blowing the dipstick out is a sign)
