Message	PROBLEM SOLVED - NOW NEW PROBLEM It was not the illumination wire. It wasn't hooked up. It was actually the rear hatch latch. It was bent to shit and half ass glued together. I replaced it with one I just happened to have and it fixed the issue! All of the interior lights & the security system works as it should. However... I managed to break the release cable that goes to the floor lever by the driver's seat. The only way I can open the hatch is by key, now.
