Subject	Fuel Pump seems to not be working.

Message	Hey, i removed my Instrument cluster to add LED's..after install the car wouldn't start and the fuel pump seemed not to be working. i pulled the relay to see if 12v was getting there, and it was! So the box next to the relay i assume is the pump controller..how does this come into play? should my next check be at the top of the pump assembly or is the controller keeping 12v from the pump? Thanks in advance!
