That does sound like a pretty tempting solution, it wouldn't be too hard to take out the tension rods and front lower control arms to get them pressed in and out. Only problem is that they would probably charge more at the machine shop to drill in a zerk fitting and thread it before pressing in the new bushings, no? Do you just disassemble everything every few months to reoil it?
